Following our problem-oriented methodology (www.ressourcen manager.at) we support our customers in building and in the settlement of monitoring and quality assurance programs, so that they will meet the real economic tasks also as the ISO quality management standards in the best way. The exact definition of the processes and the understanding of the roles and also the associated responsibilities are decisive for the success. Within the complexity of the logistic tasks we solve  the upcoming problems step by step together with our customers, especially when it comes to the point: "to bring the right goods in the right condition in the right quantity at the right time to the right place" (E. Fleischhacker 1994).
